Frequently Asked Questions

After you win a lot, you will receive an email from a team member with instructions along with your invoice and our payment instructions. One of our team members will be assigned as your designated contact person to help you through the easy process from winning bidder to owner of the property!

Once we receive your payment and your deed information (the name and address you select), we will prepare your deed and send it to you for review before we send it to the county for recording.

Once recorded, we will send your recorded deed to you via email and mail.

Our preferred method of payment is wire transfer. For invoice amounts up to $5,000, we can accept payment by credit or debit cards, but a 3% credit card processing fee will be applied to the invoice amount.

Absolutely! You can designate  your property, to be conveyed to whomever you desire: yourself, multiple people (including minors), or an entity such as a corporation, LLC or Trust.

Depending on the county, it usually takes between 1-4 weeks to receive your deed. While some counties process deeds electronically (a very quick process), others may take longer than four weeks. If so, we will keep you updated along the way!

Each auction includes only a small subset of our available land. We can work directly with you for purchasing additional land.

Direct sales can be at lower pricing with significant savings because there are no added auction fees.

At any given time, we typically have land for sale in at least a dozen states and are constantly acquiring more. To see our full range of available land, click here.

Or you can check our current auctions at the top of our home page to see what’s being offered there.
