Company sends recurring marketing and informational text messages about available land and Your inquiry. Messages may include:
- Announcements of upcoming online auctions and auction reminders;
- New land listings, featured properties, and financing offers;
- Promotions, discount codes, and special offers; and
- Customer service messages and responses to Your inquiries.
2. Consent and Enrollment
You may enroll by providing Your mobile phone number and checking a consent box on a Company lead form, including lead forms on Facebook or other social media platforms, or on the Company websites. By enrolling, You agree to receive recurring text messages from Company at the number provided, including messages sent using automated technology.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any land or services from Company.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on auction schedules, new listings, and Your interactions with Company.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to Your wireless carrier. Please contact Your wireless carrier for details about Your text messaging plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message from Company. After You opt out, You will receive one final message confirming Your request. You will receive no further text messages from Company unless You enroll again.
6. How to Get Help

7. Supported Carriers and Delivery
The SMS Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by Your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile phone number provided. You agree to notify Company if You change or deactivate that number by replying STOP from that number before it is reassigned.
9. Privacy
Company collects, uses, and protects Your information as described in the Company Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy Policy, available at https://landofland.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
10. Changes to the Program or These Terms
Company may modify or cancel the SMS Program or these SMS Terms at any time. Your continued participation in the SMS Program after any change constitutes Your acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
11. Disclaimer
The SMS Program is provided “as is.” Company is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in message delivery, or for any charges from Your wireless carrier.
