Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any land or services from Company.

- Contact Information: Your mobile phone number, name, and email address, along with any other information You provide on the opt-in form.
- Consent Records: The date, time, and source of Your opt-in, the consent language You agreed to, and any opt-out requests.

4. The Way Company Uses Mobile Information

7. How to Opt Out or Get Help
You may opt out of the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message from the Company. After You opt out, You will receive one final message confirming Your request, and You will receive no further text messages from Company unless You enroll again.

8. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by Your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Company uses commercially reasonable security measures to protect Mobile Information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Company cannot guarantee that such information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of Company’s security safeguards. Company keeps records of Your consent and opt-out requests for as long as necessary to comply with applicable law.
10. Eligibility
The SMS Program is intended for Users who are 18 years of age or older and who are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided.
11. Changes and Updates to This Policy
This Text Messaging Privacy Policy may be revised periodically, as reflected by the “last modified” date below. Your continued participation in the SMS Program constitutes Your agreement to this policy and any future revisions.
